Ownership

When you buy a Psycho MEOWS, you own the underlying NFT on the Ethereum blockchain along with the Art. Jelyhed LLC has no power to seize, freeze, or modify the ownership of any Psycho MEOWS since the ownership of the NFT is solely governed by the Smart Contract and the Ethereum Network.

Additionally, subject to your compliance with these Terms, Jelyhed LLC grants you an unlimited, worldwide license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art for Commercial Use, which includes creating derivative works based on the Art, such as producing and selling merchandise products. This section does not restrict you from owning or operating a marketplace or third-party website or application that allows the use and sale of Psycho MEOWS generally, as long as the owner's rights to display the Art are verified cryptographically, and the Art is no longer visible once the owner of the purchased Psycho MEOWS leaves the website/application. You may also earn revenue from any of the foregoing.

Psycho MEOWS’s Logo and Intellectual Property

Jelyhed LLC owns the trademark of the Psycho MEOWS logo. Using the Psycho MEOWS logo to market or sell products is prohibited. We permit the personal use of our logos by artists and creators but not for commercial gain. This rule ensures no one can pretend to be associated with MEOWS without our permission.

Regarding the use of the term "MEOWS" or “Psycho MEOWS,” it is to be in conjunction with your Psycho MEOWS number. However, don’t use it on merchandise or NFTs. As a Psycho MEOWS owner, it is crucial to accurately represent the brand without infringing on our own. Our main goal is to protect our brand, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining its integrity.
